About: West Broward has about 230 English-speaking members includes individuals from 14 states and 12 foreign countries. The Spanish-speakers are led by the Full Time Spanish Minister. They have an active children's ministry and family outreach program, managed by their Youth Minister. They participate in the Lads to Leaders program.

Job Description: The ideal candidate is familiar with the South Florida culture, is married with a wife and children, has a Bible degree and a commitment to the principles of the New Testament church, has counseling experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with the 6 Elders; strong preaching skills and ability to connect with seniors, young couples, and youth; leadership skills in local evangelism and service to both members and non-members. Minimum 10 years of full-time preaching experience.
