You are friends...

To our ministry friends:

We imagine that some of you have had a rough day, week month, ministry. You have modeled perseverance. You hang in there when it could be better. You have stuck it out when others have thrown it in. You take it. You stand up and deliver. You listen to the hurting. You pray about what others have given up on. You encourage, promote, build up. You care. You take the hurts in stride, even though they still hurt. You use your own brokenness to highlight God’s Grace. You take your inabilities and turn them over to God’s use for good. And you don’t quit, cause it’s not an option for you. You don’t quit, cause it’s not about you. Someday you rest, someday there will be a crown, for now, you just strive to be the best human, frail, mistake prone vessel for the Lord you can be.
